Procedure to Apply via Application Form:

• A copy of the prospectus & application form can be obtained from the Office of the Entrance Examination, NAST, Uttar-Behadi, Dhangadhi or from the Contact Office of the NAST, Molnia Power Pvt Ltd, Anamnagar, Kathmandu by making a non-refundable payment of Rs. 200/-.
   
• Application form, completed in all respects, should be sent to the Office of the Entrance Examination Committee 2007, NAST, Dhangadhi by Registered post or handed over in person with required payment. The application must reach the office of the Committee by 5:00 pm, 26 June 2007.
   
• The Institute does not take any responsibility for delay or loss of applications in postal transit. In view of the uncertainties of postal services, candidates are strongly advised to deposit or collect documents in person.
   
• Instructions for Photograph:
  a. Two recent passport size photographs ( identical ) are required (to be affixed on appropriate spaces given in the application form.
  b. Photograph must show the face & both ears clearly.
  c. Photograph should be of 2" x 2" size and 50% of the photograph must cover the face of the candidate.
  d. Photograph should not have cap, goggles, or any extensions that does not show the face clearly.

• Application online is very simple process. Just go to Application Page. and fill the form with your correct personal information.
• You need your citizenship number to complete fill this form. Application to any faculties of +2 doesnot emphasize the citizenship number but application to BCA and BE essentially requires citizenship number.
• After you complete the application form, you wil recieve a confirmation page. Print the page and cut the reciept from the page. You will recieve a confirmation email too. Therefore, provide a true and currently existing e-mail account on any server.
• Contact the Office of the Entrance Examination, NAST, Dhangadhi before commencement of entrance examination. You need to bring with you the reciept you printed while you filled the form online and two passport sized photographs satisfying all the requirement as explained above.
• Payment of Rs. 200/- is to be made when you submit the reciept.
